Out & About is a private service with simple hourly rates and is independent of Home Care Packages and NDIS.
Out & About began when a family member became unwell and needed help getting to appointments and managing a few things at home. What they needed wasn’t a large care service, just someone reliable who could help them stay independent. When neighbours began asking for help too, I realised many families were in the same situation. They didn’t need aged care, just practical support from someone they could trust.
